The electric furnace is an upgraded version of the furnace, running on electricity rather than hydrocarbons. It is powered through the red input on the backside of the block itself. The machine runs 2x as fast as the normal furnace and can be upgraded with speed upgrades to make it up to 11.39x as quick as its usual speed.
