The Gas Centrifuge is the final component of the uranium enrichment process. The Uranium Hexafluoride, produced in a Nuclear Boiler, can be fed into this machine by placing them next to each other. Both machines have two inputs/outputs that are green. These need to be connecting for the transfer to happen. The Uranium Hexafluoride will then be separated into U-235 and U-238. This enriched uranium can then be used in other recipes.
