Fuel Reprocessor block is essential in utilizing Uranium fuel cells spent on Fission and Fusion reactors. By default, it scrambles whatever fuel is left from the empty cell and returns fissile dust, which can later be processed into yellowish plutonium tetroxide using Radioactive Processor. Plutonium tetroxide can then be refined in Fuel Reprocessor to yield blue Plutonium-239, an essential component of the Molten Salt Reactor.
