The Chemical Extractor extracts heavy water and deuterium from water and each other. It does this with electricity and therefore requires power. The recipes are shown below. These resources are used for the fusion reactor. The extractor can, however, also extract yellowcake from uranium ore. This is more efficient than directly boiling the ore in a Chemical Boiler.
